Midtown Appraisal Group Inc is a full service real estate valuation company that services southern Ontario and operates in both the residential and commercial valuation capacity.  Our clients include financial lending institutions, real estate professionals and private holders of real estate.

 

We are looking to hire motivated candidates to help serve our client in the areas of Hamilton, Halton, Wellington County, Haldimand County, Peel and additional areas on demand.  We are looking for self-motivated individuals with strong attention to detail, organization and an open mind with the ability to learn.

 

The Candidate will

 

  • Conduct onsite inspections of various types of real estate.
  • Research property data, sales, and additional publications to aid in appraisal completion.
  • Communicate with lenders and third party clients.
  • Complete appraisals in a timely manner with accuracy

 

Requirements

 

  • Ability to complete appraisals in our areas of work (require valid driver license and willingness to travel)
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Requires excellent time management, disciplined work ethic, ability to meet deadlines and general demands of travel and rush requests.
  • Ability to work with multiple technological platforms
  • Excellent data research skills, analysis of real estate and property data information
  • Be in good standing with the AIC
  • MLS Access and personal computer.
