Scott Clement, P.App, CRA Owner & Principal of Cosh Appraisals in the Columbia Shuswap Regional District. I am currently working towards my Post Graduate Certificate Real-Estate Valuation, AACI designation, through the University of British Columbia. I have two courses to complete, and the Professional Practice Exam through the AIC. I am turning down on average, 4 commercial appraisal requests a month. I am looking for a co-signor, and mentor, as I move forward toward my AACI designation.
