Surinder Pal
Surinder Pal has over 20 years of experience in the real estate valuation field, in both the public and private sector, and is currently working with Manitoba Hydro as a senior appraiser and consultant/advisor. After obtaining his CRA designation, he earned his AACI designation in 2000 from the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He also holds an active Real Estate Broker’s license in Manitoba and sits on the Government of Canada’s Payment in Lieu of Taxes Dispute Advisory Panel. Surinder has attained a Master Of Arts (M.A.) in Political Science and Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons.) in Economics and taught Political Science and Economics courses at the post secondary level. He also had the honour of serving on the Board of Directors and Education Committee of AIC-Manitoba and currently sits on the Provincial Board of Interviewers. In addition, Surinder has been active in administering real estate evaluation reporting activities with the Manitoba Real Estate Association and serves as Co-Chair on AIC’s Admissions and Accreditation Committee.
