Stephen Blacklock

Steve grew up in Comox, BC and studied Business Administration at Simon Fraser University, then went on to earn a Post Grad Certificate in Real Property Valuation from UBC, and later his P. App., AACI designation.  Steve has worked continuously as a real estate appraiser since 2001 with experience in both the public sector with BC Assessment and the private sector with two Vancouver Island based firms.   He currently works at Cunningham & Rivard Appraisals Ltd. and has specialized local knowledge within both the Comox Valley & Powell River market areas.  Steve is a past President of the Appraisal Institute of Canada – BC Association (AIC-BC).  In his spare time, Steve also serves as an elected councillor for the Town of Comox and is the Fundraising Director for the Rotary Club of the Comox Valley.
