I have been working as a Canadian Immigration Consultant for the past eight years but decided to change careers and enter the real estate field for which I have completed BUSI 330 (Foundations of Real Estate) with UBC Sauder School of Business in April, 2023. Recently, I have also completed the AIC 101 (Introduction to the Appraisal Profession) and ITPP (Introduction to Professional Practice). I also hold a candidate membership, and Errors and Omission Insurance and am looking for an opportunity to work as a candidate member. With many years of experience in research, report writing and serving clients I can bring these skills to the position of a candidate member.  I would love to discuss in detail as to how I can utilize my skills and experience to a candidate member position.
