A dynamic real estate appraisal company is seeking an eager and enthusiastic AIC candidate member to join our appraisal team immediately. We are looking for a passionate, detail-orientated candidate with a strong personality who is seeking professional development and can add value to our fast-growing company.
Area for service mainly in Durham region, York region & Scarborough.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct appraisal inspections, gather data and perform report writing
- Ability to perform independent research and analysis to identify comparable properties
Qualifications:
- Candidate membership in good standing with the AIC
- Minimum one year of experience with appraisal report writing, property inspections, data collection
- Own access to MLS
- Professional liability insurance
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral formats
- Ability to meet short deadlines with excellent time management and organizational skills
