- Developed, and assisted with the development of methodology for the valuation of commercial and residential properties using the appropriate mass appraisal methodologies, in accordance with Provincial statutes, assessment manuals and guides.
- Analyzed the relationship between market value and property characteristics to finalize property values in accordance with Provincial statutes.
- Planned, organized, and supervised the work of the computer-assisted mass appraisal (CAMA) modelling team.
- Evaluated the quality of assessments.
- Developed time-consistent market sales information and prepared documentation as required by Assessment Office for internal use and for appeals.
- Provided consultation, support, and training to the assessment office in market analysis and modelling.
- Tested the functionality and accuracy of mass appraisal software.
- Assisted in preparing responses for management approval to address external and internal assessment inquiries.
- Appeared as an Expert Witness before the committee of the Board of Revision in defending values at tribunals.
- Collected and analyzed data to develop distribution of service times of call centers.
- Interpreted results of data analysis and documented the results.
- Developed statistical models for the overall service times and service times by job types in a help desk of a call center.
