Job Description: Residential Appraiser

We are seeking an interested junior-level AIC Candidate for the position of Associate Appraiser in the GTA and surrounding areas. Candidates with no experience may also be considered depending on their education and other work experiences.

The position is commission-based.

Requirements:

• Must be a member in good standing and have insurance with the AIC.
• Must have own transportation and a clean criminal record.
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude are required.
• You cannot be registered with any other appraisal firms.
• You are expected to continue appraisal courses and fulfill candidacy requirements.
• Having access to MLS would be an asset

Note: This is not a typical 9-to-5 job; therefore, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule. Time management skills are crucial to ensure deadlines are met.
