Sententia Realty Advisors is a firm specializing in the preparation of appraisal reports for both private and public sector clients primarily for litigation matters related to expropriation and commercial legal disputes. We are seeking a Candidate Member or a newer AACI with a minimum of two to five years of experience as an appraiser, with experience in the commercial real estate field working on assignments related to litigation, with a background preparing appraisal reports for expropriation assignments. This position offers a unique opportunity to be mentored directly by an industry leading commercial real estate professional with more than twenty years experience.
