*SIGNING BONUS*
Position Available for: Experience AACI Member (3 Years Experience Minimum)
Work Area: Vancouver Island including the Gulf Islands
Offices Located in: Head Office – Nanaimo, B.C., Victoria, B.C. & Richmond BC
Type of Position: Full Time Position
Salary: Negotiable Commission Split based on qualifications & experience
Bonus: Signing bonus of $10,000 after two years of employment
(Must have 3 Years experience to start)

Pacific Rim Appraisals has been in business since 1992 and is one of the larger real estate appraisal firms
on Vancouver Island offering professional, fast and quality appraisal services to our clients. We have 3
office locations with our Head Office located in Nanaimo, 2nd office in Victoria, and 3rd office in Richmond, B.C. We offer our clients a wide range of appraisal services including residential , multi-family, commercial, insurance and depreciation report services.
Our team consists of CRAs, AACIs, Engineers, Candidate Appraisers, Student Appraisers, Research Assistant and 3 administration support staff.
Preferred Applicant requirements are:
Hold a AACI designation with minimum 3 Year Experience
Willing to relocate to Vancouver Island
Must be willing to travel throughout Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands for work
Must be able to work in a high volume environment
Must be organized, be able to prioritize, multi-task and have good time management skills
Must have good analytical and communications skills
Good computer skills and be versed in a number of MS Programs, Word, Excel and a plus if have
knowledge of Appraisal Management Software of NAS, FNF and Brookfield Etc.
Ability to work flexible hours and be a team player
Good interpersonal and telephone skills
Looking at a long career in Real Estate Appraisals and willing to upgrade in related courses
where needed.
