Data Analyst
CDC Inc. is a National appraisal consulting company consisting of appraisers which are experts in several areas of valuation such as residential, industrial, commercial and agricultural. CDC offers new and existing clients a high level of competency, insight and expertise in virtually all facets of the real estate industry, in turn, minimizing the \ »risk\ » involved in making real estate investment decisions.
We are looking to hire a Candidate Appraiser/Research Assistant in Edmonton Alberta. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a strong attention to detail. They will be keen to learn and grow within a flexible environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze commercial data and complete insight reports for clients and assist commercial/agricultural appraisers.
- Prepare and submit appraisal reports for processing
- Conduct market research related to trends and comparables
- Work under strict deadlines
Qualifications:
- AIC membership is required
- Intermediate skills in MS Office applications
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
- Committed to producing high quality reports in order to ensure client satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team setting
