Nicro Realty corp. is a full service real estate company based in the Hamilton and Burlington area and we currently have an opportunity for a residential appraiser. After a successful 35-year career, our residential specialist is looking to start cutting back his workload and we are looking for the right person to pick up some of his portfolio and eventually manage, maintain and grow it. We are seeking someone who is honest, reliable and has an eye for detail and strives to provide high quality work through application of an analytical mindset, advanced writing skills and property knowledge. The ideal candidate will have experience (minimum 1 year) appraising and will focus primarily on residential work. We do not work for AMCs and do not plan to. The majority of the appraisals we do are in a formatted fashion however, we are not “form fillers”. Opportunities will also be available to take on commercial assignments, as time permits. Appraisal designation or nearing designation is preferred, but experienced professionals are encouraged to apply. Candidates must have a car to facilitate property inspections.
This is a full-time salary plus bonus position, to commence in January 2025.
