Good Morning, 

I am a CRA, P.App designation holder with Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) with 8+ years of experience in real estate valuation,  appraising a wide variety of complex strata of properties including but not limited to single family residential, duplex, triplex, fourplex, pre-construction, progress inspection, new construction, raw land, rural properties, present & retrospective values, as if complete & as if values, condominium strata, freehold properties with common elements and co-operative properties.  

I have worked with a variety of clients including all major financial institutions including B Lenders, mortgage brokers, credit unions, private lenders, real estate agents, Appraisal Management Companies, lawyers, accountants and relocation companies completing a wide variety of appraisal reports such as full residential appraisal, drive-by, desktop, progress inspection reports etc. for First and Second Mortgages.    

I am a designated member both with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB).
