At Castlemore Appraisals Ltd, we pride ourselves on delivering accurate, reliable, and timely property valuations to our clients across Ontario. With a growing portfolio and expanding client base, we are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Candidate to join our team and cover the Halton and Peel regions.

Position Overview

As a Residential Appraiser, you will be responsible for conducting field inspections, analyzing property data, and preparing comprehensive appraisal reports for residential real estate. You will be working independently while being fully supported by our experienced administrative and review team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties in Halton and Peel.

  • Collect and verify property data including measurements, condition, and improvements.

  • Research and analyze comparable sales, market trends, and zoning regulations.

  • Prepare detailed appraisal reports using industry-standard software (e.g., ACI, CRAL, or similar).

  • Communicate with clients, lenders, and stakeholders in a professional manner.

  • Ensure compliance with CUSPAP and all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Candidate member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC).

  • Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

  • Familiarity with the Halton and Peel real estate markets.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
