Residential or Commercial Appraiser – Candidate Member
Location: Greater Vancouver Area

This is a commission-based role, with a competitive fee split based on experience.
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated newly qualified candidate to join our team. You are a solid candidate if you have,
- ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines;
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- a commitment to delivering high-quality appraisals;
- ability to work independently; and,
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining strong client relationships.
