Job Description:

Our client, an appraiser in HRM is currently looking for an Office Manager for a maternity leave position. This role would provide administrative support to their real estate appraisal team.

Summary of Duties

Reception, telephone, scheduling, starting appraisal files, data base entry, maintaining and organization of file system and storage, proof reading form and narrative appraisal reports, inventory and ordering office supplies, receivable and payable entries, payroll and remittances, client file maintenance.

Demonstrated Skills

Familiarity with computers and window based software applications

Pride and ownership – ensures  effective public relations when working with our clients

Organization and prioritization skills.

In addition to this, a background in Legal Administration, Finance or the Real Estate sector would be an asset.
