Job Description:

We are seeking CRAs or AIC candidates with a minimum of two years\’ experience in Ottawa for full-time positions and part-time opportunities in the GTA and surrounding areas. Candidates must be eligible for CAN2 status at the AIC Institute. The position is commission-based

Requirements:

• Must be a member in good standing and have insurance with the AIC.
• Not registered with any other appraisal firms.
• Must be proficient in using Report Pro software.
• Must have own transportation and a clean criminal record.
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude are required.
• You are expected to continue appraisal courses and fulfill candidacy requirements.
