Job Description:
Sententia Realty Advisors is a new firm specializing in the preparation of appraisal reports for both private and public sector clients primarily for litigation matters related to expropriation and commercial legal disputes. We are seeking an AACI member with a minimum of seven to ten years of experience as an appraiser, with experience in the commercial real estate field working on assignments related to litigation, with a background preparing appraisal reports for expropriation assignments. This position offers a unique opportunity to be mentored directly by an industry leading commercial real estate professional with more than twenty years experience.
