AIC-AB, in partnership with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, offers conferences, professional practice seminars, courses, webinars, and other events to help their members stay leading edge within the valuation profession and real estate sector.

The 2025 AIC-Alberta Conference is in Calgary at the Hotel Blackfoot on March 7th & 8th.
We are pleased to announce Paul Morassuiti, Chairman, CBRE Limited as the Keynote speaker. He will be providing an Overview of the Canadian Real Estate Landscape
In addition to Paul, Ann-Marie Lurie, Chief Economist, CREB will provide an Alberta Economic Update, Sherry Smalridge, CRA and Mark Poechman, AACI will present a session on HBU & Blanket Re-zoning. The AIC President Dena Knopp, CRA and CEO, Donna Dewar will be providing an AIC National Update with a interactive Q&A session, and more speakers will be announced shortly.

AIC members earn 8 CPD credits for attendance.
The registration fee includes the Friday evening speaker & reception, all speaker sessions on Saturday, plus breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks.
