NSREAA, in partnership with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, offers conferences, professional practice seminars, courses, webinars, and other events to help their members stay leading edge within the valuation profession and real estate sector.

Professional Practice Seminars – One-day Classroom Sessions
Eligibility: Designated Members and Candidate Members who have already completed the New Candidate Professional Practice Seminar (distance learning or two-day classroom session.
Education Resources : The Professional Practice Seminar ( PPS) material is available in electronic form only. There will be no material available on site. Participants are responsible for printing and/or downloading the PPS material. The PPS material is available to all AIC members in the Members’ Section of the AIC’s website here.
Fee: $250 +HST = $285
Professional Practice Seminars – For New Candidate Members
Eligibility: Candidate Members who are required to complete the distance learning or New Candidate Professional Practice Seminar (two-day classroom session with exam).
Education Resources : The Professional Practice Seminar ( PPS) material is available in electronic form only. There will be no material available on site. Participants are responsible for printing and/or downloading the PPS material. The PPS material is available to all AIC members in the Members’ Section of the AIC’s website here.
