Resume:

Good day, I wish to express my interest in working with an individual or team and seeking a Co-signer, providing my services while working towards becoming a designated appraiser within the AAIC.   As you will find in my resume, my career has been in Operations and supply chain management, and I am eager to leverage my knowledge and skills to contribute to you and your team. Being focused and having a strong work ethic, I am not afraid to perform a variety of different needs to ensure that the job is done accurately, on time and to a high standard, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.   I bring a strong attention to detail, financial acumen, and accountability to ensure success, and my experience has equipped me with a unique perspective that will be valuable to your organization, including leading multi-site teams and operations, construction and capital project management both in industrial and office space, engineering and industrial equipment procurement and installation, and ownership of the ROI and process integrations. Excited about the opportunity for a career shift, I am currently enrolled in the University of British Columbia – RED program in the AACI Fast Track Education program (PGCV) and have completed AIC 101, BUSI 330, ITPP and enrolled in BUSI 401.  I am a Candidate Member with AIC and will be completing my remaining 4 core courses plus one pre-requisite course (Business Law or Real Estate Law). I am excited about the possibility of bringing my abilities and strong work ethic and confident that my proactive approach to learning and dedication to professional growth will enable me to make a meaningful contribution. Thank you for considering and look forward to the opportunity to discuss any opportunities.
