My name Philip Quade, I am a marketing and audio visual technology professional based in Calgary, AB., pursuing a career change in the real estate community. I am currently enrolled in the UBC Diploma in Urban Land Economics program, specializing in Appraisal. I have recently completed both BUSI 330 and ITPP and am preparing my Candidate member application as we speak. Outside of marketingn and AV technology, my background also includes photography and journalism, and carpentry/construction. I currently contract in Calgary with Little Leaf Interiors, part-time, assisting with framing, drywall, site supervision, demolition, and other tasks needed. I have been helping the own, Robert Burgis, to get this company off the ground for him for the past few years. I also work on lead generation and networking for this team. As well, I spent 3 1/2 years contracting on the BC Sunshine Coast building houses and working on renovation projects and building decks. I acted as GC for the largest of these projects, as well. I am actively looking for a new role to keep my career change moving forward, and am open to Candidate Appraiser, analyst, and property information collection and data analyst opportunities.
