Hello I am seeking a position as commercial appraisal. With a strong background in taxation, accounting, and financial management, I bring extensive experience from leading firms such as KPMG, PwC, MNP, and BDO Canada. I have experience in depreciation calculation and dispositions Additionally, I have experience in, but not limited to, corporation reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions of property, calculation of capital gains or recapture. I am currently on an accelerated path to earning my AACI designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada. As a Student Member at PPP Appraisals, I have gained hands-on experience in residential appraisals, working closely with the senior appraiser to prepare accurate and detailed reports.
