Mark Poechman

Mark is the Managing Partner (Edmonton) with Bourgeois Brooke Chin Associates – a full service real estate consulting and valuation firm. With over 18 years in the real estate industry, Mark has extensive experience providing advisory services on a wide variety of consulting & valuation assignments across Alberta and western Canada. Mark has worked in both the private and public sectors. He strongly believes that everyone should have access to the most accurate, well researched, and clearly presented real property information available. He has been declared an expert witness by the Court of King’s Bench, and draws on his experience to help provide confidence to his clients.

In addition to advising clients in a professional capacity, Mark is honoured to serve the public and AIC Members as a volunteer, which include previous positions such as AIC-Alberta Provincial President.
