Shelley Poirier is responsible for: coordinating the administration of matters relating to the complaint resolution process; the administration of the Professional Practice Seminar (Distance Learning and Webinars hosted by National Office); and, supporting AIC leadership in all matters relating to the professional practice of our membership.
